Through the variety of approximately 21.000 different codes, our customers feel confident that they can find the products they are looking for at any time, maximizing the competitiveness of their stores.
The notification of the availability of the products is carried out by the call center or by the B2B online service provided by our company.
ORDERS
Backorders
Our priority is the immediate coverage of your needs. In the rare event that one of the products you ordered is not available, if you wish, we will contact you immediately and we will recommend a similar product that is available to meet your immediate need.
In case that we do not cover it with a corresponding product, you will be informed about the delivery time of the product you are interested in. Products that are not available have been ordered by us and are expected immediately. If you consider that this period of time satisfies you, the product is kept on “backorder” and we will contact you as soon as it is received.
COLLECTION
Upgrade of the WMS system
One of the most important points of the order preparation process is the correct and quick collection of products from the shelves.
In the context of its development, PAPADEAS S.A. has already upgraded its WMS (Warehouse Management System). It is a system that allows companies to manage and control the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, from the moment that products enter the distribution center to the moment they leave. This is achieved with the corresponding organization, upgraded software and equipment such as modern barcode scanners and of course highly trained staff. It is a sure and tested system widely used in developed commercial countries.

Through upgraded software, each route is planned every day, the position of each vehicle is monitored live, thus facilitating the process of delivering products, both for the driver and for our partner, who receives his order quickly and on time.
The flexible and modern routing system has as its main advantage the faster and more efficient delivery of the products to the store or the warehouse of our partners with accuracy and reliability. In addition, there is control at all times of the fleet of vehicles, itineraries are modified according to the occasion and needs and of course there is better management of the fleet with efficiency and safety.
