An opportunity for the students
Informative visit – demonstration by DEWALT®.
As part of the informative events for the students to get to know the companies in the sector and the new products, which the Department of Design-Technology of Wood & Furniture of Karditsa’s T.E.I. conducts on a regular basis, an informative visit-demonstration to the department by DEWALT® took place on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.
The students were thus given the opportunity to see for themselves the functionality of the listed DEWALT® power tools, while they were being informed about all the features of their rich range.
With great surprise, the students watched how much easier their daily work will be in the future with the leading in their field and unique in quality DEWALT® power tools.
Characteristic was the dedication to on-site testing that was done to make everyone agree on how essential the power and durability of DEWALT® power tools are in the hands of future professionals.
An entire exhibition was set up in the welcoming space of the Department and the students had the opportunity to see, handle and ask about the company’s products. Of course, there was also the established DEWALT® screwdriving competition, where student Mr. Argyris emerged victorious defeating fellow students and professors, winning the company’s prize of the powerful 10.8V DEWALT® Lithium Cordless Drill Driver (DCD710S2).
DEWALT® company expresses its thanks to the managers and students of the Department of Design – Wood & Furniture Technology of Karditsa’s T.E.I. for the opportunity to present her products to them and the honor of assisting in the project of informing students about market developments, but also for the opportunity to get closer to the new blood of the industry.
