We are looking for an organized and responsible B2B Sales Consultant, based in Athens, covering the Attica region and surrounding areas, a position that is particularly important for our business, as this role directly connects the company with customers and contributes significantly to the achievement of sales and growth targets.
Sales consultants are the face of the company to the customer. They understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions that help build trust and strong relationships. A positive experience with a sales consultant can lead to loyal customers and higher retention rates. Through product knowledge, market analysis, and customer needs assessment, sales consultants help to effectively promote and sell products or services.
Due to their direct communication with customers, they have unique insight into how the company’s products or services meet market needs. The feedback they collect is invaluable for developing new products, improving service, and adapting marketing strategies. They convey the company’s culture, vision, and values to the outside world, which helps to shape a strong corporate image. Their professional attitude and empathy towards customers help customers see the company as reliable and friendly.
By being in touch with the market and knowing what the competition is up to, sales consultants can gather info on trends and changes in the market, which helps with business strategy. They often manage customer service as well, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and that any problems are resolved effectively.

Responsibilities
- Development of existing accounts and expansion of the company’s customer base in stores (paint shops, industrial goods, building materials, furniture materials, etc.)
- Implementation and monitoring of promotional activities in accordance with the company’s strategy
- Monitoring & management of inventory and merchandising of the company’s products – for the areas of responsibility
- Continuous research and analysis of developments in the industry and competition
- Achieving sales targets
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in the sector is desirable
- A degree from a technical college or university in a technological field will be taken into consideration
- Developed customer-centric approach and negotiating skills
- Ability to identify priorities and take initiative
- Commitment to goals
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Good knowledge of English
- Completed military service
- Ability to travel/commute to areas of responsibility
